Our Jamaican Jerk Marinade is mild but bold in flavor.

It is naturally preserved with sea salt and white distilled vinegar and MSG-free.

It includes ingredients such as escallion, garlic,  thyme, ginger, scotch bonnet pepper, pimento, molasses, black pepper, vinegar, salt, and spices. It is best for use on meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.
